Will I get exactly the same product as shown on the website?

You will get exactly what you see on the product image on our website, however there may be slight color variation upto 10% due to lights & photography.

Are your products fragile?

Yes, the flower jewellery & wedding items are all hand made and we recommend avoiding rough use,  perfumes or sprays and handle the items with care.

Do you offer customisation of floral jewellery?

Yes! Customisation is available on selected designs. Select your favourite piece and message us on whatsapp.

Do you also make real flower jewellery ?

Yes, we do make real flower jewellery, but the delivery is available only in Hyderabad.

Do you sell human / real hair extensions ?

We only sell premium quality synthetic hair extensions, that look and feel like real hair.

• Ready items will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. 
• Cutsomisation products will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.
• All over India shipping time is 5-7 days
• International shipping takes approx 15-20 days.
• Ready items can also be picked from our store in Hyderabad or you can book rapido pickup.
• For urgent orders of 1- 2 days delivery, We can send parcel via bus transport within Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. (charges applicable)
• Delivery times may vary based on your location.

• Each item undergoes careful quality checks before dispatch. We offer exchanges only if the product arrived damaged or missing / wrong item.

• To approve any claim (damaged/wrong/missing), the customer must provide:

  • A full unboxing video starting from the sealed parcel

  • Clear photos of the product, inner and outer packaging

• Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
